At Silver Beach, we strive to train the total athlete. The elements of beach volleyball – strategy, technique, teamwork, nature, and consistency are a major focus throughout practices. But we also teach athletes how to be better partners, utilize strength and conditioning, the importance of nutrition, and giving maximum effort. Lastly, we work to have fun in everything we do because we truly LOVE the game!
For juniors who want to compete at the college level. We ask for a committed athlete who wants to make beach his or her primary sport. 2-4 days per week of practice depending on the season, regional tournaments throughout the year leading up to national events in July, the chance to practice with local female pros, recruiting guidance and tournament coaching are all part of being on the National Team.

If an athlete is not looking to travel or still plays other sports at a club level, this is for them! 2 practices per week, much shorter seasons, and structured intrasquad tournament opportunities to gain some confidence competing. Local team members are not necessarily lesser athletes, they are just looking for less commitment.
