At Silver Beach, we strive to train the total athlete. The elements of beach volleyball – strategy, technique, teamwork, nature, and consistency are a major focus throughout practices. But we also teach athletes how to be better partners, utilize strength and conditioning, the importance of nutrition, and giving maximum effort. Lastly, we work to have fun in everything we do because we truly LOVE the game!
CURRENTLY: Weekday Fall Training blocks are almost full. Drop ins are available on Saturday mornings at HCI, please register online!
2020 Fall Training is underway. We have put together small groups of like-minded athletes that will train together for 10 weeks. Physical testing, mindset training, and tournament preparation are all part of the fall program.
